Check your spam and Promotions folders. The link is valid for 15 minutes: you can ask for a new one from the sign-in page.
Change my email
From your profile, under Account. A confirmation link is sent to the new address.
Delete my account
From your profile, choose Delete my account. Your data and progress are permanently erased.
Payment
My payment failed
Nothing is charged when a payment fails. Check your card details or try another payment method from the Pricing page.
Get an invoice
The invoice is emailed after payment. Write to us if you cannot find it.
Extend my pass
You can buy a new pass at any time from the Pricing page. Your progress is kept.
The R489 test
How many questions?
The theory test has 100 questions across 4 themes. You need 70/100 and at least half marks in each theme.
Official questions?
No. The official questions are not public. Ours are original, written from the R489 recommendation and the French Labour Code, and cover the same themes.
Which category should I choose?
The one for the truck you will drive. The theory test is the same for every category; only the practical test changes.
